The role only works if it is genuinely impartial. Because we do not offer design or construction services, both the Principal and the Contractor can rely on us to act reasonably and fairly — which is what keeps a contract running rather than escalating.

We currently act as Superintendent on contracts including the $78M Northern Midlands Irrigation Scheme and a series of State Growth road and bridge contracts under the 4100 panel.
