Delivering better outcomes for Tasmania’s infrastructure

Blue Tier is dedicated to lifting the standard of infrastructure delivery in Tasmania. Our team of experienced professionals provides project management, superintendent, and specialist advisory services, bringing clarity to complex projects and driving improvements that benefit both clients and the communities they serve.

Founded in 2021, Blue Tier has grown into a trusted Tasmanian consultancy with a team of experienced professionals delivering projects across the state. Our people bring proven expertise in Project Management, Superintendency, QAV, Estimation, Constructability and specialist advisory services, with a track record of guiding some of Tasmania’s most significant infrastructure projects to success.

We take a client-focused approach built on transparency, collaboration, and independence. By improving how projects are delivered — not just what is delivered — we help our clients reduce risk, control costs, and achieve better outcomes.

From navigating approvals to ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, our team provides the assurance and clarity needed to deliver complex projects with confidence.

Sectors

Blue Tier works across Tasmania’s key infrastructure sectors — from water and transport to health, housing, and local government. Our experience spans major civil works, irrigation schemes, community facilities, and complex building projects.

We match the right people to the right projects, ensuring our clients receive tailored expertise and support. By combining technical skill with a collaborative, transparent approach, we help clients navigate complexity, manage risk, and deliver infrastructure with confidence.

Our commitment goes beyond individual projects. We are focused on improving how infrastructure is delivered across Tasmania — building capability within our team, supporting our clients, and leaving a positive legacy for the communities we serve.
